These SMS Terms & Conditions govern Etherfuse's (“Etherfuse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
By opting in to Etherfuse's messaging program, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Etherfuse related to customer care, account and transaction support, verification and identity follow-up, and responses to your inquiries. This is a two-way program — you may reply to continue the conversation with a support representative.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with Etherfuse and the status of your support requests. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. If you want to opt back in, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
