This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Etherfuse (“Etherfuse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. It supplements Etherfuse's general Privacy Notice.
By providing your mobile phone number to Etherfuse — for example, when you submit a support request or opt in through one of our support channels — you consent to receive text messages from Etherfuse related to customer care, account and transaction support, verification and identity follow-up, and responses to your inquiries. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
